OASIS (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services) is a family of IDIQ vehicles to fill the Federal Government’s complex, integrated professional service needs.
OASIS (unrestricted) and OASIS Small Business contracts are multiple award IDIQs that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. Each vehicle is composed of Pools, defined by NAICS codes for the scope for work to be acquired, spanning many areas of expertise and mission spaces. The contracts:

Period of Performance: 09/03/14-03/01/2025 (Tasks may extend up to 5 years after expiration.) Accordingly, the cumulative term of OASIS may span up to 10 years and the cumulative term of all task orders placed under OASIS may span up to 15 years. See F.3 for details.
Contract Ceiling: OASIS has no program ceiling, a five-year base and one five-year option, and provides for long term planning for complex program requirements
